I rarely write a review but am extremely impressed with this company. My water was off. I called for a repair. They arrived at my home, troubleshot the system, found that the pump was failing, replaced the pump, had the system up & running and was heading out of my driveway all in about 2.5 hours. The cost was more than reasonable too. If you need a guy, you found him!
This owner is the best of the best. He responds immediately and gets the problem fixed. His prices are very reasonable too. We've been using them about nine years and will never go anywhere else.
This is an awesome company and I recommend them 100%. I sent a message via the their site and also texted the number listed and received a call back within a short time afterwards. It was a Sunday night too! They came out and replaced my well pump and switch quickly and seamlessly. Fantastic work and customer service!

I called today and Melissa got some out to my home within 30 minutes and the guys were great they fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes if anything goes wrong with my system this is the company I will call
Called at 9:15 am because well pump was down. Jeff, Hunter, and Tyler arrived at 9:50 am and by 10:35 am had not only replaced the pump, but put in a new filter system as well. Jeff went out of his way to explain everything. My only regret is that I can't give them 6 stars.
Our well pump went bad on Fourth of July weekend. I gave Northeast Well a call and within an hour and a half, they had a crew here. It took Owen and Migo an hour from the time they got here to diagnose, quote and fix the issue. Very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and super hard working. We appreciate it!
We lost both our Water Pressure Tank and Well Pump within hours of each other. I called Jeff at Northeast Well Repair at 9:00 am and by noon we had all new pump and tank installed and working. Thank you to Jeff and his team for their quick and professional service! Highly Recommmend.
I don’t often write reviews, but I this case I would like to say how much I appreciated Jeff Tucker and his crew My water pressure went to nothing and I started searching for pump repair. I have 2 wells actually and had recently had poor, stressful experiences with past well problems. Jeff asked me a few questions and said he would be at my house first thing in the morning. His demeanor put me at ease. Unbelievable! The crew showed up. Jeff evaluated the situation and explained the state of the pump, holding tank and wiring. Being familiar with past problems, I appreciated his honesty and suggestions. This fellow and crew have an extraordinary work ethic and unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Well done Northeast well repair, well done! Thanks and I’ll be calling you in the future and I’ve recommended you to my neighbors.
Great service by this team. Called Mr. Tucker with my issue and 30 minutes later Owen & Migo were at my home pulling up and replacing my well pump! Outstanding knowledge and professionalism by this team. Highly, highly recommended!
I called Northeast Well Repair at 8:46 AM on a Monday morning. I had a blown pump motor (highly likely, given it's age).
Talked with Jeff, the owner, on site. He and his crew had the pump replaced and were gone by 10:46 AM on the same day. We have a 400+ foot rock well - they had the rig to gently pull the pump out of the well and had the parts on the truck to replace everything (pump, wire) without issue. No one man band, I had three trucks in my driveway. We were taking showers by 11:00 AM.
Jeff also understands priorities. A house without water is more critical than a lawn without water. Our job was put ahead of two other jobs to make sure we weren't down too long. Didn't have to ask - it just was done. And they were in our driveway less than 30 minutes after I called.
I've had the pump replaced before. We sat for a day and a half without water, and it took the three folks the better part of a day to replace the pump. Today I'm just flat impressed. The crew did a great job and they got us back on line FAST. I will be using Northwest Well Repair again and would have no problems recommending them to others.
I want to say a Huge Thank you to the Owner and Crew that came to our rescue today! I’m not kidding when I say they were in and out in less than One Hour. That includes calling them, them getting here and evaluating what was wrong and parts replaced and back up and working! Amazing hard working company!
Amazing company! We had an emergency situation with our well on a Sunday night. Mr. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we had water for our kids. He also sent a technician early the next morning to make sure that everything was in good! We will definitely be using them again!
My son went to take a shower and there was barely more than a trickle of water coming out. I called Northeast Well and Irrigation at 7:40am and he said that they would be here in less than an hour. I was so impressed when they showed up in what was more like 1/2 hour. They got everything fixed up and were out of here before 9:30. Wesley, was very personable, explained everything to me, and even went the extra mile by helping make some serious adjustments to the space where we were putting in the new larger tank. The owner also came by during the job to make sure I was happy with everything. In all, I believe I met 4 different guys and they were all very nice and ready to help. I can't tell you how pleased I was with how quickly they got me fixed up and how reasonable the prices were. What a great bunch of guys.
